 A New View

Welcome to Gibney, a sophisticated brasserie grill overlooking the pristine beaches of Cottesloe from restaurateur George Kailis. Meticulous details adorn Gibney’s luxurious dining areas where guests are welcomed with formal service in what is South Cottesloe’s first ever restaurant.

With a high-end approach to hospitality, Gibney sets a new standard as the ultimate destination dining experience. Recently awarded ‘2026 Restaurant of the Year’ for the second consecutive year at the prestigious West Australian Good Food Guide Awards.
