Main Dining
Gibney’s luxurious Main Dining Room features bespoke touches of elegance in the opulent interior. A series of booths frame the space, where the cheffing team perform directly in front of guests. Views over Cottesloe Beach continue, with feature window panels opening to create a seamless connection to the Terrace Dining. Terrace Dining
We welcome guests to Western Australia’s first formal Alfresco Dining Terrace, a two hundred square meter space with panoramic views to Fremantle, Garden Island, Rottnest and Cottesloe beach. The Gibney Terrace Dining area is partially exposed to the elements and we encourage guests to dress according to the weather. Terrace Lounge
The Gibney Terrace Lounge is available for guests without a reservation. With panoramic views over Cottesloe Beach, this is one of Western Australia’s most premier dining locations. The Gibney bar lounge menu is available for both lunch and dinner service.
