Gibney’s menu is inspired by old world brasseries and steak houses, with a focus on classic flavours and timeless presentation. Expect to see chefs table side, showcasing the best of Western Australia’s producers, leaning towards seafood, steak, home-made pasta and luxurious snacks, including a caviar bar.
