Luxury dining in Perth

Perth has a new benchmark for luxury dining. It sits above Cottesloe Beach, with the Indian Ocean as its backdrop and two consecutive Restaurant of the Year awards on the wall.

Gibney is where formal hospitality, premium produce, and one of Australia's most extraordinary settings converge into a single, unhurried dining experience.

Luxury in a plate

No detail is left unconsidered. From the bespoke interior touches of the Main Dining Room to the hand-selected wine cellar awarded Wine List of the Year — every element of the Gibney experience is designed for guests who expect the exceptional.

The setting

Gibney occupies a position above Cottesloe Beach that no other Perth restaurant can replicate. The 200-square-metre terrace faces due west — sunsets over the Indian Ocean, views to Rottnest Island, and a sea breeze that arrives exactly on time.

Inside, the Main Dining Room is intimate and considered. Banquette seating frames an open kitchen where chefs work in full view of guests. Floor-to-ceiling window panels open to the terrace, letting the outside in.

This is not just luxury dining. This is a location that earns its own adjective.

Occasions

Gibney is Perth's premier destination for milestone dining — anniversaries, private celebrations, corporate events, and special occasions that demand a setting equal to the moment.
