Reservations for up to 3 guests are for 2 hours and 15 minutes, 4-6 guests are for 2 hours and 30 minutes and groups of 7 and over, are for 3 hours..
While we strive to accommodate all guests’ requests, seating cannot be guaranteed.
In consideration of everyone's enjoyment and to maintain an uninterrupted view and dining experience, we ask that no decorations be brought into the venue.
We do not have a dedicated children's menu; we can offer reduced portions of several of our dining menu dishes.
Please be aware that we are unable to accommodate prams, and highchairs are not available.
We encourage a smart dress code.
When booking a table on the terrace, a back-up inside table may not be available in case of bad weather.
Due to our high number of reservations, occasionally, terrace may need to be moved inside.
At Gibney, we prioritise the safety of our guests with allergies and dietary requirements. While we take extensive precautions to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our dishes are entirely free from allergens. Please be aware that some of our dishes may contain nuts.
Surcharges – Credit/Debit processing fees apply. A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans may change, so we ask that any cancellations are made no less than 48 hours prior to your booking time. For reservations of 4 or more guests, cancellations made within this time, or failure to arrive for your reservation will see an automatic charge of $50 per person.
OCCASION RESERVATIONS POLICY
For groups of 9 guests or more.
Start and finish times are strictly as agreed.
Final numbers are due 48 hours prior to your event. You will be charged according to this confirmed number.
Dietary requirements must be provided no later than 48 hours prior to the function. We are unable to accommodate new dietary requirements requested upon arrival.
Set Menus are subject to price changes at any time and you will be notified in advance of the booking. Menus items may change seasonally without notice.
To ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone, we ask that no decorations be brought into the venue.
A deposit of $100per person is required to hold your preferred date. Deposits are non-refundable and are redeemed on the day of dining

If you are reserving a table on the terrace, in the case of bad weather there will not be a backup table inside. In instances of severe weather this may result in your event being cancelled.
